Hi! I’m Iulia, the creator of DreamyOverlay. What started in 2016 as a passion for creating overlays and photo effects has grown into a full creative journey. On Etsy, our products have been purchased more than 26,000 times, and now the best collections and our full experience are finally here on our own website.
